The Den on Sunset

We were visiting L.A. for a few days and we&#39;re looking for things to do for the weekend. A girlfriend of ours insisted we have dinner at Hyde on Sunset Blvd and even booked our reservation for the Saturday evening we were in for. She suggested we have dinner then stay for when the restaurant converts to a club. &quot;You&#39;re going to have the best time!&quot; She told us and she was right! Every dish we ordered, every drink we drank...superb! The fried chicken sliders were a hit so my husband had to order a second round. I honestly was so delighted with everything we had but if I could recommend a dish to definitely try it would be the braised beef cheek. I could tell everyone was a little surprised with my selection but once they tried it you could see the amazement on their faces. Succulent and delicious, it literally melted in your mouth. I&#39;m so happy we ordered it! As for the drink of choice, Red Dragon was it that evening. We ended up staying for the club and the place was bumpin! Great music, great crowd, awesome atmosphere. We had so much fun!

It is a shop that specializes in burning birds, which is around chicken. The first recommended is the sashimi of raw chicken in 3 parts, and the hot stone is free to choose whether to roast it. This is very special! Next is their homemade handmade tofu, which is smooth and tender and has a squid egg flavor. Skewered, every part of the chicken is poor to eat again, chicken heart chicken liver chicken cartilage is very good, chicken legs are not greasy with dumpling sauce super juicy praise. In addition, be sure to push this string of duck meat with foie gras! ! It&#39;s delicious enough.
